Shanghai Haohai Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haohai) is a private-owned enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of polyurethane and aerosol products, as well as fireproof and noise absorption materials. Since its establishment in August, 2000, Haohai has been maintaining its fast and steady growing trend, and has become a "Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise", "Shanghai Songjiang Technical Center" and "Advanced Enterprise and Civilized Unit in Technological Innovation", and obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality system certification. Haohai has currently two major production bases, as well as R&D centers jointly established with famous colleges and universities. Its main products cover pre-insulated duct panel, one component PU foam (OCF), adhesive etc., and several domestic renowned brands such as "Haohai", "Dongyuan" etc. have been successfully launched in the market. In 2007, Haohai invested and set up a biological company named Shanghai Haohai Biotechnology Co.,Ltd, which was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stok Exchange with the share code of 06826, in 2019 it became the first private enterprise(H+A) listed on both Hong Kong and Sci-Tech Innovation Board(STAR Market) in China after being examined and approved by the Stock Listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
In PU foam (OCF) industry, Haohai is one of the leading PU foam manufacturers in China. It’s considered to be a model of advanced enterprise on OCF production standards and quality standards, and also is one of the main drafting units for OCF industrial standard. Our OCF are not only sold throughout the whole domestic construction market but also exported to more than 10 countries. With the increasing demand of market and company development, we founded a new manufacturing site for OCF in Linyi city, Shandong province, which has 10 automatic production lines. Except for PU foam, this factory is also an aerosol products filling center, such as aerosol cleaner for home and industry, spray paint, insecticide killer, air freshener and etc.
In pre-insulated duct panel industry. Haohai is the biggest manufacturer in China with production capability 4million square meters per year. HAOHAI brand pre-insulated duct panel was recognized by China Building Materials Circulation Association as “China’s quality supply qualified, safe, non-toxic and environmental protection building materials products.” Not only well sell in China, it’s also exported to Southeast Asia, Australia, South of America and etc.
