About Us
Ever since the early stage of establishment, Haohai has been devoted to the continuous research and development for new-type high molecular environmental protection building materials to enable Chinese consumers to experience polyurethane series products that are popular in Europe and the U.S., and introduce China's competitive high-quality products to the world. Today, Haohai has become a market leader in domestic polyurethane industry, with business spreading all over many countries and districts in Asia, Europe, South America, North America, Australia etc.
2019
- HAOHAI became the first private enterprise(H+A) listed on both Hong Kong and Sci-Tech Innovation Board(STAR Market) in China after being examined and approved by the Stock Listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
- The completion of A-share issuance registration in STAR Market.
2015
- Haohai Biotechnology has been successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stok Exchange with the share code of 06826.
2012
- HAOHAI was listed as “Member Unit of Shanghai Polyurethane Industry Association”.
2008
- HAOHAI won the National High-tech Enterprise.
2007
- HAOHAI obtained “SHANGHAI KEY NEW PRODUCTS” and two “SHANGHAI HIGH-TECH ACHIEVEMENT CONVERSION PROJECTS”, which were approved by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
- HAOHAI invested in the establishment of Shanghai Haohai Biotechnology Co.,Ltd., focusing on the R&D, production and sales of high-tech medical absorbable biomaterials for orthopedics, cosmetology and wound care, ophthalmology, anti-adhesion and hemostasis, such as intraocular lens series, medical hyaluronic ester/sodium hyaluronate series, medical chitosan series, medical collagen sponge series, external recombinant human epidermal growth factor series.
2006
- “Development of high flame retardant polyurethane pre-insulated duct panel for A/C” was awarded the 1st prize of Scientific & Technological Progress in Songjiang District.
- HAOHAI brand “Polyurethane pre-insulated duct panel”,“Phenolic pre-insulated duct panel” and “Polyurethane Foam” were recommended as annual brand products by Shanghai SME Brand Construction Promotion Committee.
2005
- Polyurethane products are exported to Europe, Middle East, America and Asia. In the same year, HAOHAI was awarded the title of “Advanced collective of industrial technology innovation in Songjiang District” and “Patent demonstration enterprise of industrial system in Songjiang District.”
2004
- HAOHAI was regarded as the reference enterprise of production standards and quality standards, and was one of the main drafting units of the industry standard JC936-2004 ONE COMPONENT POLYURETHANE FOAM. In the same year, a long-term cooperation and exchange mechanism was established with East China University of Science and Technology.
- HAOHAI brand “Purified Air Conditioning System Products” was recognized by China Building Materials Circulation Association as “China’s quality supply qualified, safe, non-toxic and environmental protection building materials products.”
2002
- Keganling air disinfectant was successfully developed in response to SARS.
2001
- HAOHAI established offices in Beijing ,Wuhan, Shenzhen and Changsha.
2000
- Shanghai Haohai Chemical Co.,Ltd. was established in August 2000, focusing on R&D, production and sales of a series of products with polyurethane materials such as polyurethane/Phenolic duct panel, polyurethane foam, etc…
